OLFA cutter handles and blade locking mechanisms are guaranteed forever.* If at any time you are dissatisfied with either, simply send the cutter or the parts that you are dissatisfied with and a brief explanation, with your return address to the OLFA address below. We will send you a replacement of either the parts requested or a knife body (handle) of equal or comparable value. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your new cutter or replacement parts.
