Blog Designer Spotlight | Angel Peterson – FleeceFun.com
Angel Peterson is the woman behind the sewing blog FleeceFun.com. She loves to sew items for her kids and also enjoys showing others how to make an assortment of projects. We caught up with her and wanted to ask a few questions to learn more about Angel and her blog!
What is your favorite OLFA tool & why?
I love my rotary cutter. I love the clean and quick cuts it makes.
When do you do your most creative work? (ex. Time of day, certain season, certain project types, etc)
I love sewing in fall and winter. There’s something cozy about making things while it’s cold out. I also like to make handmade gifts for the holidays.
Which comes first: the pattern or the fabric?
I am often inspired by fabric and then get and idea for a pattern from it. So fabric first!
Is there a time of year that you barely touch needle & thread?
Spring and summer I like to focus on playing with my kids, and prepping items for my businesses.
What is the dominant color in your stash?
Red is the dominant color in my stash. It’s also the dominant color in my office.
Who taught you to sew or quilt?
My mother taught me to sew.
